WithYou in Cornwall's young people service, YZUP, offers free and confidential advice, information and support to people experiencing challenges with drugs and alcohol.

Get in touch with our free, confidential service and talk to one of our trained staff. We’re here to listen – you can tell us as little or as much as you want.

We’ll work with you on your own goals, whether that’s cutting down your drug or alcohol use, stopping completely or just getting a bit of advice. We can also support you if you’re worried about someone else’s drinking or drug use. Who’s the service for?

This service is for you if:

• you’re under 18
• living in Cornwall
• you’re worried about either your drug or alcohol use, or someone else’s

You can self-refer by contacting WithYou directly, or you may be referred by your GP, another professional or a family member.
