Turning Point offers the following confidential harm minimisation services both centrally and across the townships. The services are complimented by provision in pharmacies.

Services include: • Needle exchange • Harm reduction services for anabolic steroid and performance and image-enhancing drug users • Harm reduction advice and support for users of new psychoactive substances (formerly legal highs) • Evidence-based brief interventions • Safer Injecting advice and equipment use • Pregnancy testing • Vaccinations - hepatitis B and flu • Hepatitis C/HIV screening and treatment support
