Resolve Hertfordshire - North Herts

Resolve is a free to access, adult, drug and alcohol structured day service, delivering a range of therapies aimed at helping people cease the cycle of alcohol / substance misuse.

Resolve supports people (and their families) with issues around alcohol and any substance misuse problem, including prescription, as well as illegal drugs. Services offered:

Face-to-face, telephone and online services including; Assessments One-to-one counselling Therapeutic group work Coping Strategies Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Relapse Prevention Group Key Work and support Drugs and Alcohol Information Life coaching Complementary Therapies - by appointment only Referral to other services as appropriate
