Merton Young Person’s Risk and Resilience Service

About this service

Early intervention, prevention and resilience building activities are offered along with the direct provision of specialist substance misuse treatment for young people aged up to 24. The team builds relationships with young people that seek to increase their engagement in diversionary pursuits such as health based activities and football, supporting the reduction in the use of substances, promoting sexual health and positive healthy choices.

Support includes:

  • comprehensive assessment and specialist care
  • planned one-to-one support and treatment interventions
  • alcohol, drugs and sex and relationships education workshops for young people
