The Matthew Project - Unity

The Unity service is a multi-agency team of drug and alcohol workers providing universal, targeted and specialist interventions for young people under 19 across Norfolk. The team also provide advice and support to parents and carers, young people whose family members use substances and professionals working with young people.

Services include:

• Advice and information

• Blood Borne virus testing

• Brief Interventions

• Formal and informal education

• Targeted outreach

• One to one support and counselling

• Harm reduction

• Needle exchange

• Community prescribing

• Family Interventions and family support
