George Street Social (which is run and operated by The Road To Recovery Trust) is as abstinence/recovery-based cafe and safe space hosting a range of 12 step fellowship meetings, well-being sessions and various dry activities.
Newcastle Safe Haven also operates from this location, offering support to people experiencing mental health crisis or distress. The Safe Haven is open daily 2-10pm. See website for more information or telephone 0300 131 2000 during opening hours.
