DART is a community based drugs team which caters for clients across the Merseyside area.

- Recovery orientated service
- Comprehensive assessment and Care Plan
- 1-1 Psychosocial interventions
- Substitute prescribing
- Access to detox
- Partnership working
- Physical health Clinics

Service is open access and clients can self refer. Referrals also accepted from all health and social care professionals.

Individuals over the age of 18 living in: L1, L3, L5, L7, L8, L15, L16, L17, L18, L19, L20 (areas under Liverpool City Council only), L24, L25, L27
