Stockton Recovery Service is a support service for individuals who are affected by drug and alcohol use.
Services include:
- confidential advice and information
- open access (no appointment needed)
- strength based assessment of need and goal setting
- dedicated recovery worker
- dedicated peer mentor
- harm reduction and needle exchange
- one-to-one key working sessions
- peer led recovery work shops
- dedicated aftercare
- SMART recovery
- daily breakfast club
- peer mentor programme
- supported access to mutual aid
- a family centred approach
- parent support programmes
- support for young people whose parents use drugs or alcohol
- 24 hour free and confidential helpline
