About this service
Achieve Trafford offers a range of support, treatment and therapies for adults aged 21 and above, wishing to make changes to their drug/alcohol use. This may mean support to rebuild relationships, take greater control over drug or alcohol use or live a drug/alcohol free life.
As soon as someone makes that first step towards recovery we will complete an assessment, this is where we discuss the issues you face that are directly related to drugs or alcohol and its effect on your mental and physical health and also how you deal with day to day life. We will also assess what treatments and therapies, are right for you. You will be assigned a Recovery co-ordinator who will design with you a tailored care and recovery plan to suit your needs with support available every step of the way.
