About this service

Harbour is a voluntary organisation working in Bolton. They can give you practical and emotional support and advice, help you with finding factual information, and also provide links to related training if this could benefit you. Harbour have regular group meetings, and run a confidential telephone helpline service which is available 7 days a week. They also provide one-to-one and group support for anyone affected by someone else's substance or alcohol use.

What to do in an emergency

If you or someone else needs urgent help after taking drugs or drinking, call 999 for an ambulance. Tell the crew everything you know. It could save their life.
