About this service

For homeless patients with a background of substance and/or alcohol misuse, including those living in temporary accommodation such as bed and breakfasts, hostels and hotels.

Provides:

  • General health advice
  • Dietary advice
  • Minor injury care
  • Advice on safer sex/drug use
  • Drugs/alcohol advice
  • Help registering with a GP and other health services in North Somerset

Referral (how to access this service)

The outreach team visit multiple locations around North Somerset. If you're concerned about someone that you know is homeless and has substance/alcohol issues, call us to see if we can help.
