CGL - REST Minor Tranquilisers Service

About this service

Camden’s Tranquilliser Service provides support for individuals from who may be experiencing difficulties due to benzodiazepine dependency. The Project provides a safe and supportive atmosphere for you to discuss the problems of taking and withdrawing from benzodiazepines. You are encouraged to reduce, but never pressurised to do so. Services are free and confidential, including:

  • We can provide assistance to clients suffering agoraphobia, helping them to attend appointments
  • Family Support Scheme
  • Support Groups
  • Home visits
  • Advocacy
  • Outreach
  • Information
  • Counselling

We are currently providing weekly support online.

Referral (how to access this service)

Referrals can come from any source, including self referrals.

Catchment (areas they serve)

Clients must be resident in Camden or Islington
