About this service

Service for people (aged over 18) taking prescription benzodiazepines, sleeping tablets and / or antidepressants. Services include:

  • Telephone helpline
  • Support groups
  • Drop in service
  • One-to-one prescribed drugs counselling service

We Provide a full range of services to those living in Bristol.

The helpline is available to those living in other parts of England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. The face to face support service is not available to those living outside the Bristol area.
