Turning Point Leicestershire and Rutland is the integrated substance misuse service for the county, city and prison. We work with anyone who is affected by drugs or alcohol and wants support to make change. We offer a variety of treatment options and will support you to find the right treatment for you. Hubs in Leicester city, Coalville and Loughborough as well as satellite services in Rutland and Uppingham.

Each of our hubs provides a full range of services and is open to all service users. We run services for adults, families and young people. Regardless of your age, we have a service which will meet your needs. For young people up to 24, the dedicated youth team will work one to one with you in any location that is suitable.

Our services include:
• Support, help and guidance for anyone affected by drug or alcohol use
• A full and comprehensive assessment to help you determine your treatment goals
• Treatment to suit your needs
• One to one sessions
• Counselling
• Detoxification and rehabilitation
• Signposting and support to access other services such as housing or debt management

The Hub is a free and confidential service that helps young people up to the age of 25 with their drug and/or alcohol use. We work across the borough and will come and see a young person wherever they feel comfortable, whether that is at home, in a café, or in another service or agency such as a youth club, a job centre or a school.

The Hub has a friendly and welcoming service base in Catford shopping centre where we hold activities and run group sessions, as well as seeing young people individually.

We welcome all rough sleepers, street users and the precariously housed, as well as those who are socially excluded, vulnerable and isolated or who have mental health or addiction issues.

Provides:
• Breakfast, snacks and a home-cooked lunch
• Shower and laundry facilities
• Clothes and food parcels
• Supported internet access; giving assistance with online forms, applications, and benefit claims
• Help with access to local services such as the Community Drug & Alcohol Teams, Spear Housing, Street Rescue, and Merton Winter Night Shelters
• Help in the search for work; assistance with putting together CVs, looking for jobs, and making online applications

HILT is a free and confidential drug and alcohol service for adults and young people in Middlesborough. We support the introduction of screening, brief psychological interventions, assessment and clinical management of unplanned alcohol withdrawal and provide specialist assessment for those referred.

The team is available at James Cook seven days a week where it has a significant role in supporting the Accident & Emergency department, Acute Assessment Unit and other wards and departments throughout the hospital.

WCDAS is a partnership between South London and Maudsley NHS trust, Addaction and St Mungo's.

Treatment services available in Wandsworth include:
• Substitute prescribing (Methadone, Subutex, etc.)

• Community alcohol and GBL detoxification
• Access to inpatient detoxification
• Chemsex/club drug clinic

• Hepatitis C testing and treatment

• Clinical & counselling psychology
