The Club Drug Clinic is an innovative service for adult clubbers and LGBTQ people who have developed problems with a range of club drugs.

People may experience problems with a wide range of club drug substances including:
• Cocaine
• Crystal meth
• GHB/GBL
• Ketamine
• New Psychoactive Substances (formerly legal highs)
• Mephedrone
• Methamphetamine
• MDMA
• Stimulants

Our highly specialist team includes specialist addiction doctors and psychologists, nurses, counsellors and peer mentors with 'lived experience'. The team is based in Chelsea & Westminster Hospital and accepts referrals from anyone able to attend the clinic in person.

The clinic offers a wide range of help:
• Assessment of your problems and planning how to improve the situation
• Talking treatments; counselling, peer mentoring etc
• Medically assisted withdrawal from substances or detoxification
• Drug and alcohol detoxes and GHB/GBL detoxifications
• We also prescribe to help the side-effects of coming off stimulants, mephedrone etc
• On-site sexual health screening and support
• Liaison and referral for physical problems including bladder and kidney problems; HIV and blood-borne viruses; mental health problems etc

Addaction Cornwall offer a free and confidential advice, information and support with drug and alcohol problems. Service offered include:

Detox 5 is a 5-day medically supervised residential detoxification programme that treats people who have an addiction to heroin and other opiate based drugs including methadone and codeine based painkillers. We use light sedation, allowing many people to sleep for the first few days of the process. This is followed by naltrexone, the opiate-blocker, for a recommended 12 months; this is available through daily oral medication prescribed by your GP.

Aspire drug and alcohol service is a partnership between Rotherham, Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust and The Alcohol and Drug Service (ADS). An integrated service aiming to help Doncaster people who need information, support or treatment with their substance or alcohol use. The Doncaster office is our single point of access for referral but there are other hubs available in Mexborough, Bentley and Stainforth.

Remember the people at these organisations are professionally trained and must keep everything you say confidential.
