Unity is a drug and alcohol recovery service, providing treatment and recovery support for individuals (aged 18 years and above) and their family members who are affected by substance misuse (including alcohol, illicit drugs and over the counter and prescribed medication).

Derbyshire Substance Misuse Service is an adult (aged 18+) drug treatment service. The service works with all levels of drug misuse from illegal highs through to cannabis and cocaine, as well as heroin and crack use, and offers:
• intensive structured 1-to-1 and non-structured interventions
• a mix of high and low intensity levels together with a specialist prescribing programme
• an enhanced needle exchange programme
• 1-to-1 keyworking, care planning and support
• 1-to-1 structured care planned treatment and risk assessment for high risk service users
• specialist health screening as well as Hepatitis B vaccinations and Hepatitis C and HIV testing

IDASS offers a variety of treatment options for any concerned drug users (18+) living in the Islington area.

These options include:
• Full assessment of treatment needs
• Advice for and assessment of drug using patients in local hospital
• Pharmacy dispensed methadone schemes (both supervised and unsupervised)
• Shared treatments with local prescribing GPs
• Psychology service
• Various community detox programmes
• Assessment for and funding of in-patient detox and rehabilitation
