Inclusion provide services that include advice, information, harm reduction interventions, recovery planning in conjunction with a range of pharmacological, psychosocial and structured treatment programs. We work with specific needs including criminal justice, mother and baby and dual diagnosis. Needle exchange is operational during opening hours listed below.

Source is Reading’s Young Person’s drug & alcohol service, we work with young people under 18 years old or up to 25 if they are vulnerable adults or have Learning difficulties. We also offer family work support for our clients.

Confidential assessments of young person’s drug/ alcohol use including legal highs

· Links to substitute prescribing services

· Needs led care plan to address drug and alcohol issues

· One to one sessions based on individual learning styles

· Help to access healthcare services in the community

· Signposting for Young person’s services e.g. CSE, YES, Young Carers etc.

Lifeline Southwark is a free, safe and confidential drug and alcohol service for any adult over the age of 18 who lives in the London Borough of Southwark.

The service supports all people from any background, who uses any kind of drug and/or alcohol and who wants to recover or change. We work at all levels, from prevention and early engagement, through to recovery. We understand people may also be dealing with other issues and we offer a range of 'wrap around' services to support these.

If you are new to the service, then please come straight to 146 Camberwell Road. This site is open access during opening hours so you are able to drop in at any time and there are always staff on hand to help. 146 Camberwell Road hosts a wide range of activity including group work, individual support sessions and Needle Exchange.

Forward Leeds is a confidential service open 5 days a week Monday-Friday 9am until 5pm. Late appointments are available. Offices in Seacroft, Armley and the city centre.
