Support for adults with substance misuse problems involved in the criminal justice system. Working closely with the criminal justice system, the DAIT specialises in addressing criminogenic needs as well as developing a sustainable treatment package.

The Oaktrees Service within NTRP provides non-residential structured day care for North Tyneside residents (aged 18+) wishing to become abstinent from all mind altering substances, including drugs and alcohol. With a 12 Step basis, this programme offers twelve weeks of facilitated mutual aid, counselling, group work and workshops with recovery from addiction as its core ethos. Individuals accessing the service can access up to twelve months of continuing care after graduation in order to help sustain their recovery in the community and offering access opportunities to employment, volunteering and peer mentoring.

A service for adults aged 18 and over with drug and alcohol problems. Provides direct access to advice, information and assessment, structured counselling and specialist prescribing. Also provides a structured day programme, stimulant service and supports local GPs in shared care.

Inclusion provide services that include advice, information, harm reduction interventions, recovery planning in conjunction with a range of pharmacological, psychosocial and structured treatment programs. We work with specific needs including criminal justice, mother and baby and dual diagnosis. Needle exchange is operational during opening hours listed below.
