Supports adults (18-65) with drug and/or alcohol problems in a residential setting, providing support on their journey to recovery. Services include:

•Safe, secure and fully furnished accommodation
•Key work and group sessions
•Individual care plan including treatment plans where appropriate
•Encouraging and supporting clients in accessing educational, social and vocational activities
•Comprehensive education, training and employment package
•Peer mentoring scheme
•Aftercare support

The Freshfield Service is a charitable, professional organisation committed to people of all ages, who have concerns about their own or someone else's drug use. We work within Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

Support is available for anyone 18+ who is struggling with drug or alcohol issues. We treat a wide range of substances including illegal drugs, legal highs, club drugs, prescription medication and alcohol.

Drop-in Monday to Friday, 10am-4pm (open Thursdays until 8pm) and Saturday, 10am-1pm.

Core is a total abstinence based therapeutic community offering a 10 week structured day programme to those with alcohol dependency. People accessing the programme must :

• be 18 years or over
• be free of all substances for the last 24 hours
• be able to commit to attend every day (Mon- Fri)
• want to maintain total abstinence
