I am 16 and I have been smoking weed for 2 years. I enjoy it very much as it makes me feel relaxed and seems to make all the pressures of life just disappear. I am starting to feel some long term effects of cannabis such as mild depression and anxiety, I feel me mind slipping away from me and I am getting worried about my mental health. I smoked about 3 spliffs a day but I am trying to quit and haven't had any weed for 1 week but it is really hard and I am desperate for some. I am determined to quit and become a more active and stable person. My advice is if you are going to try it, don't keep doing it on a regular basis.
