3rd January 2014: What does 2014 have in store for you? Unbelievably another year seems to have flown and you, like many people in the country, may be planning to make 2014 the best year yet. Maybe you plan to run a marathon, wrestle crocodiles or pass your exams. If so, good luck! There are lots of Christmas traditions we all love and some we don’t: brussel sprouts; Cliff Richard; Dad dancing.

PMA and Ecstasy – A Case of Mistaken Identity

29th October 2013: You may have seen in the news that people have taken PMA thinking it was ecstasy, but what’s the deal? There have been a number of cases recently where people have taken what they thought was ecstasy but it’s actually been ‘cut’ with PMA. In fact, sometimes the MDMA in the ecstasy tablets has been completely replaced with PMA.
