You can talk to them and explain why you are worried about their cannabis use and how it makes you feel.

You can point out that there are local services and online services that can provide in-depth help and support for people using cannabis. They can also help and support people who are affected by someone else’s cannabis use.

If you are worried or uncomfortable about talking to the person yourself, you can suggest they talk to FRANK on 0300 123 6600. The FRANK website also has helpful hints about what to do if you’re worried about a friend.
